How Landy approaches lease building
A lease is more than a form with names and a rent amount. Landy asks about the property, parties, dates, deposits, fees, utilities, parking, pets, smoking, maintenance, access, and other operational terms. It then assembles the applicable sections, disclosures, signing blocks, and state citations into one PDF.
